Step 1: Wall Layout
Gate Openings (optional)
No gate openings added. Click "Add Gate Opening" if your wall has one or more gates.
For "Multiple Sides" layout, set Side # to the side number (1, 2, 3…) where the gate sits — for a single wall, leave it as 1. Position is the distance (ft) from that side's starting corner to the near edge of the gate opening. Posts inside the gate are removed and replaced with gate posts at each edge; the panels for that opening are subtracted from the total.
Step 2: Standard Sizes (editable)
Default column spacing of 6.25 ft (6 ft 3 in) is standard for 6×6 inch precast columns. Edit if your site uses a different spacing. Columns are placed at this spacing from each corner — the last gap before the next corner may be shorter to fit the exact side length. "Double column at corner" adds a separate column for each wall meeting at the corner instead of sharing one.
* Calculation: Bays per side = Side Length ÷ Column Spacing (rounded up). For a single wall, Columns = Bays + 1 (one extra for the end column). For a closed boundary (multiple sides), Columns = total Bays across all sides. Panel Rows = Wall Height ÷ Panel Height (rounded up). Total Panels = total Bays × Panel Rows. Actual quantities may vary slightly based on site layout, gates, and corner/T-junctions — confirm with our team for an exact bill of materials.
